With the invention of the SCHUKO plug, our company founder Albert Büttner set a new standard for electrical connecting devices in 1925. SCHUKO is short for the German "Schutzkontakt" (protected contact). Because of its circular geometry and two protected contacts, SCHUKO is regarded as especially safe to use in comparison with other electrical connecting device systems.

The Supernova 220 was developed by Wallbox Chargers specifically for the D-A-CH market and is the first DC charging station in the ABL portfolio.
